Just have to tell you that working as an usher at AMT has become even more enjoyable since you've joined the cast. Every performance you give is more remarkable than the previous one. You give each song your all...it's just amazing. I find myself continually humming "In the Cool, Cool, Cool of the Evening", "To Sir, with Love", and more. Along with your talent, I appreciate your gracious personality and contagious smile. Thanks!

Hi amy,
Thanks for your updates. I heard you @ the Phila Art Musuem this past year. Your voice is magical & I am trying to purchase your cd on line. Sorry to hear that I won't be able to hear you in this area for a while...but much success on your "steady" gig in Florida. I am well aware of the "hypnotic" power of the "pay check" :) I am an Interior Designer...but I have a day job to pay the bills. However, there is nothing like doing what you are truly passionate about.
Happy holidays! & keep up the fantastic work. Keep the updates, it's nice to read about your projects it also motivates me & proves that hard work will pay off.

Peace,
ellen frances

I don't know if you read these Amy or not. You meet so many people in your shows. I met you in HBG during your last concert at the Hilton. You moved my soul and touched my heart. I fell in love with you from the very start(figuratively speaking)I lost the paper w/ your adress on it so I haven't made good on my promise yet but I will search this site and find it. Good luck in your career though, with your talent, who needs luck ;). thank you for sharing your beauty (in every sense of the word) inside and out, at your show. I still hjope to hear Strange Fruit from your lips one day. Its a classic standard and you are a new classic up there with Ella and Billie. God Bless you and your career, your life, and your upcoming matrimonial endeavours. He's a lucky man Don't let him forget it. -Bob

I LIVE IN LANCASTER AND I LISTEN TO ALL MY FRIENDS RAVE ABOUT YOU AND I FEEL LIKE "OK, I'M ALREADY HIP TO AMY BANKS". REALISTICALLY I KNOW THAT I AM NOT BECAUSE I'M SURE YOU ARE SO MUCH MORE OF A MUSICIAN AND ARTIST THAN THAT CHRISTMAS SHOW DISPLAYED. IT'S MY TIME TO DISCOVER....SEE YOU OUT SOON!!

Hi Amy -- my wife and i saw you at the music academy New Years evening and loved the way you sang. I'm trying to put together a small group to hear you at one of the places you sing. (I have been a jazz/swing drummer for over thirty years and love your style.) I am a member of the Lancaster Tennis & Yacht club on Columbia Ave. in Lancaster and I was wondering if you and your band do special parties for clubs and if you do what your fee would be for a show at our club. I would estimate there would be about 100 to 150 people that would come to see you perform. Please get back to me if this is a possibility, and how long a show runs. Thanks !

I haven't heard you sing since Battle Creek Junior High, but I remember your beautiful voice vividly. It's wonderful to see you're even more beautiful (if that's possible) than you were at age 13 and that you followed your dreams. Remember when I gave you that Rave home perm? I'll be in touch. Dear Amy,

My husband and I were fortunate enough to be able to get tickets for this past Saturday evenings performance at 7:30 pm. (9/17/05) After the show I met you and bought your newest CD (when the sun comes out). I have to tell you, its fantastic. My dream was to sing on stage, I had sang for years in school, but upon graduation, my dream was to go to NYC school for performing arts. Unfortunately, my parents didn't want me to travel to the city, from N.J. I got married and loved music all my life. Hearing you Saturday night made tears in my eyes for how beautiful your voice is. My husband was so impressed.

Coming home, listening to your CD, I wanted my older parents (mom is 77, dad is 81) to hear your voice that god gave you such a gift. My mom had a hard life, taking care of her brothers, never having a childhood, taking care of sick parents as the years went on, and now my elderly father. She put the earphones on from my CD holder, and for the first time in my life, she sang to your words of skylark. Amy, my eyes filled with tears and I had to walk away. Looking at my mom, her eyes filled with excitement to enjoy a recording artist sing one of her very favorite songs. I just want to say, thank you for Saturday night, and thank you for bringing a smile and a sweet song from my mom's voice, something I will never forget while she listened to your voice. You are a special lady with a special voice, and I hope to hear your voice on my radio someday.

I would love for you to give me the opportunity to buy more of your CD's if you could email me and send me your price list and what CD's you have that I could purchase.

Your one of a kind!

Sincerely,
Wendy Bolinski

I'm disappointed that you won't appearing closer to home near my birthday (Feb 23rd) but maybe I can find my way to Lancaster the restaurant you are performing at on Saturday night. All the best for a continued great career. Loved your performance at "The Bar" at the Hilton last month but found it hard to believe the noise that people made during some incredible songs that you gave your special touch to. Some of the songs on your album I initially felt that it would be hard to appreciate with some of my other favorite artist having done them, but as Randy, Paula and Simon say: "You made them your own" and I play the CD quite often. 24/7 your my baby. Just kidding. You are beautiful and have a beautiful voice with great charisma.
